The electronic lock appears to be functioning correctly, the opening rod moves up and down, but when i closed the door i can not open it from the outside or inside, even when manually operating the latch mechanism on the electronic lock. If the linkage for the lock is the problem you may be able to get to that through the window when it is rolled down. How did you get the driver's door unlocked.

The solution may not work for you but just in case that you have accidentally activated the child safety lock on the back doors. Use your remote fob to lock and unlock the doors. Also, the interior (and of course, exterior) manual door handles will not do anything either.

Your other doors should unlock by hitting your key fob button twice. You will need to remove the driver's seat to make room to work so the driver's door panel can be removed if you cannot open the door from either the inside or the outside. If you can get the door open, then the door panel should be removed to.
